Research and Production of Non-asphalt Based Non-solidified Waterproofing Coating

以矿物油、高分子橡胶为主要原料,加入高温改性剂、颜料、填料经过优化工艺制备了一种非沥青基非固化防水涂料,考察了环烷油与芳烃油的比例、粉末SBR添加量、EBS添加量、SBS添加量、粉料等因素对涂料性能的影响,得出了最佳配方,该配方制备的非沥青基非固化防水涂料施工便捷、性能优异。

Through optimized processes,a type of non-asphalt based non-solidified waterproofing coating is prepared by using mineral oil and polymer rubber as the main raw materials,with the addition of high-temperature modifiers,pigments and fillers.The effects of factors such as the ratio of naphthenic oil to aromatic oil,adding amounts of powder SBR,EBS,SBS and powder on the coating performance are investigated,and the optimal formula is obtained.The non-asphalt based non-solidified waterproofing coating prepared with this formula is easy to apply and has excellent performance.
