温度对改性沥青类防水卷材搭接剥离性能的影响研究

摘要 对SBS改性沥青防水卷材、自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材、湿铺防水卷材和预铺防水卷材等改性沥青类防水卷材在不同温度环境下的卷材与卷材搭接接缝剥离性能进行测试,研究温度对卷材与卷材搭接剥离强度的影响,结果表明:低温情况下,改性沥青类防水卷材可以热熔施工,但不宜自粘搭接;高温情况下,改性沥青类防水卷材热熔施工与自粘搭接均可采用,但不宜在搭接部位进行踩踏,否则容易出现滑移;在冷热交替的情况下,自粘搭接的高分子膜类改性沥青防水卷材的搭接部位有可能会形成空鼓。 The peeling performance of overlap joints of modified bitumen waterproofing membranes,such as SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane,self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane,wet-laid waterproofing membrane and pre-laid waterproofing membrane,is tested under different temperature environments to study the effect of temperature on peeling strength of the membrane overlap joints.The results show that modified bitumen waterproofing membrane can be applied by hot-melt method,instead of self-adhesive overlapping at low temperatures;under high temperature conditions,both hot-melt and self-adhesive overlapping methods can be used,but it is not advisable to step on the overlap joints,as slippages easily happen over the joints;under alternating hot and cold conditions,hollows may occur at the self-adhesive overlapping parts of polymer film reinforced modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.
