符合新规范要求的混凝土屋面构造优化设计

摘要 某钢屋盖结构、曲线造型缓坡屋面,其上融合了金属幕墙、种植景观、混凝土步道等多种屋面形态,其中钢筋混凝土屋面板部分原按GB 50345—2012“Ⅰ级”防水要求设计了两道沥青类防水卷材及挤塑聚苯板保温层;现按照GB55030—2022《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》“一级”防水要求进行了设计优化,增加一道单组分聚氨酯防水涂料配以潮湿基层专用界面剂,并以喷涂硬泡聚氨酯保温层代替挤塑聚苯板保温层,提高了屋面系统质量的保证度。 Some steel roof structure with a curved sloping roof incorporates various roof forms such as metal curtain walls,planting landscapes and concrete walkways.The reinforced concrete roof panel is originally designed with two layers of bitumen waterproofing membrane and extruded polystyrene board insulation layer according to the Grade Ⅰ waterproofing requirements of GB 50345—2012;now,design optimization has been carried out in accordance with the Grade 1waterproofing requirements of GB 55030—2022 “General code for waterproofing of building and municipal engineering”.Of which,a single component polyurethane waterproofing coating has been added along with a special interface agent for wet substrate,a hard foam polyurethane insulation layer has been sprayed to replace the extruded polystyrene board insulation layer,and the quality assurance of the roof system has been improved.
