输气管道清管器运行速度研究

摘要 为验证SY/T 5922—2012 《天然气管道运行规范》推荐的估算公式与软件模拟仿真得到的清管器运行速度与现场实际监测数据的偏差,通过将现场清管监测数据与相同工况下输气管线清管器运行速度公式估算结果及SPS仿真结果进行对比分析,发现SPS软件仿真计算得到的清管器运行速度均较规范推荐的公式估算结果更接近实际监测清管器运行速度,且SPS软件的仿真结果能够提供清管器的实时运行速度,其结果与实际监测结果误差均在10%以内,满足现场工程需要。规范推荐的公式估算结果仅可粗略预判输气管线内清管器的平均运行速度,工程实际参考意义不大,建议仅在判断清管作业可行性的准备阶段使用,在制定详细清管作业方案的过程中,推荐采用软件仿真结果作为参考依据。 In order to verify the deviation among the pigging speed estimation formula recommended by SY/T 5922-2012 Code for operation of natural gas pipelines,the SPS software-simulated pigging speed,and the real-time monitoring data on the on-site pigging monitoring data,a comparative analysis is performed under the same working condition.The results show that the pigging operation speed calculated by SPS simulation software is closer to the actually monitored one than the one estimated by the code recommended formula.Besides,the SPS software simulation result can provide the pig running speed in real time.Its error is no more than 10% compared to the actual monitoring results,which meets the needs of field engineering.The estimated result of the recommended formula can only roughly predict the average operating speed of the pig in the gas pipeline,which can provide limited reference value.It is recommended to use software simulation results as a reference during the planning stage,while the recommended formula can be used to evaluate the feasibility of the pigging process.
