摘要
面对油田开发新形势,按照“地下地上一体化,降低建设投资,控制运行成本”的原则,坚持以经济效益为中心,持续开展“三优一简”的措施。针对已建系统出现的突出问题,通过优化脱水站能力、停运低负荷水质站、解决转油站安全隐患、治理低温集油环等措施,提高系统适应性。通过开展提伴生气量、提炉效、降回油温度、降损耗4项措施,在保障平稳运行的同时,加强节气管理。通过优化机泵运行提效率,适时管道清洗降压力,注水系统分级调整降单耗等措施,控制电量消耗,实现综合能耗降低。以服务生产、提高管理效率、兼顾后期维护投入为原则,全力加快数字化建设进程,预计2024年全厂投运数字化系统,实现井站数据采集、系统运行优化及生产趋势分析,通过大力实施优化简化、节能降耗、数字化建设,全面推进地面系统优化运行,为油田提质增效、高质量发展贡献力量。
Facing with the new situation of oilfield development and following the principle of "underground and above ground integration,reducing construction investment,and controlling operating costs",the economic benefits are adhered as the center and measures of "three optimizations and one simplification" are continuously implemented.In response to the prominent problems that have arisen in the existing system,the system adaptability is improved by optimizing the capacity of the dehydration station,shutting down the low load water quality station,solving the safety hazards of the oil transfer station,and taking multiple measures to address the low-temperature oil collection ring simultaneously.By implementing four measures of “improve the associated gas volume,improve furnace efficiency,reduce return oil temperature,and reduce losses”,while ensuring smooth operation,gas conservation management is strengthened.By optimizing pump operation to improve efficiency,timely pipeline cleaning to reduce pressure,and hierarchical adjustment of the water injection system to reduce unit consumption,measures are taken to control power consumption and achieve comprehensive energy consumption reduction.Based on the principles of serving production,improving management efficiency,and taking into account later maintenance investment,the digital construction process is fully accelerated.It is expected that the entire plant will be put into digital operation by 2024.Well station data acquisition,system operation optimization,and production trend analysis can be achieved.By vigorously implementing optimization and simplification,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and digital construction,the optimal operation of surface systems is comprehensively promoted,and it is contributed to the improvement of quality and efficiency,and high-quality development of the oilfield.
