摘要
目的通过与传统教学相比较,探讨翻转课堂和案例教学相结合的教育模式在心血管内科临床教学中的效果。方法85名空军军医大学唐都医院的实习生和规培生被分配到实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,试验组采取了翻转课堂与案例教学相结合的教育方式,两组均选择《高血压诊断与鉴别诊断》作为此次教学活动的主题。采用随堂测试与问卷调查相结合的方式评估两组的学习成绩与教学效果。结果对照组考试成绩显著低于试验组(75.6±8.2 vs.81.1±6.6),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果表明,对照组的教学效果明显低于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂结合案例教学法在心血管内科教学中取得较好效果,是一种值得推荐的教学模式。
AIM To investigate the efficacy of the flipped classroom(FC)and case teaching in clinical teaching of cardiovasology by comparing with that of the traditional lecture-based teaching.METHODS Eighty-five medical students at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were allocated into experimental group and control groups.The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hypertension was chosen for the teaching content.Students in the experimental group adopted FC and case teaching method,while students in the control group adopted lecture-based teaching method.Quiz and questionnaire were performed to assess the efficacy of the two groups.RESULTS The quiz scores of the control group were markedly lower than those of the experimental group(75.14±8.19 vs.82.10±6.96)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Questionnaire results showed that the teaching effect of the control group was also markedly lower than that of the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The method of FC combined with case teaching method has achieved good results in the teaching of cardiovascular medicine and it is a recommended teaching method.
