摘要
环状RNA是一种特殊类型的非编码RNA,具有独特的以共价键相连的闭合环状结构,对核酸外切酶降解有抵抗作用,半衰期长,在进化上秉持着高度保守性,广泛且稳定地存在于多种生物体及生物体的多种体液内。随着全基因组分析及高通量测序技术的高速发展,环状RNA逐步成为近些年分子生物学研究领域的热门,例如高血压等诸多类型疾病预警及诊断的生物标志物和治疗的靶点,本文将从环状RNA的类型、特点、功能及其与高血压发生发展的关系等方面进行综述,为环状RNA在高血压疾病研究与诊治提供理论基础支持。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a special type of non-coding RNA,has a covalently connected unique closed loop structure,with exonuclease degradation resistance,long half-life,with highly conservatism in evolution,widely and stably exists in various organisms and a variety of bodily fluids of organisms.With the rapid development of genome-wide analysis and high-throughput sequencing technology,circRNA has gradually become a hot topic in molecular biology research in recent years,can be used as biomarkers for early warning and diagnosis of many types of diseases(such as hypertension)and therapeutic targets.This paper will review the types,characteristics,functions of circRNA and the relationship with the occurrence and development of hypertension,so as to provide theoretical support for the research,diagnosis and treatment of circRNA in hypertension.
