摘要
动脉粥样硬化性心血管病防治已取得重大进展,但仍然是我国第一大疾病负担。CANTOS研究及COLCOT研究结果表明抗炎疗法在抗动脉粥样硬化中的潜力。近年来发现,免疫细胞内代谢途径的改变是动脉粥样硬化进程的关键调节因素。本文将综述免疫代谢在动脉粥样硬化中发挥作用的机制以及由此带来的进展,以期为临床干预提供治疗靶点,为冠心病患者个体化治疗方案提供理论支持。
Significant progress has been made in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,but it remains the largest disease burden in our country.The results of the CANTOS study and the COLCOT study suggest the potential of anti-inflammatory therapies in combating atherosclerosis.In recent years,it has been found that the alteration of metabolic pathways in immune cells is a key regulatory factor in the progression of atherosclerosis.In this paper,we will review the mechanisms by which immune metabolism plays a role in atherosclerosis and the resulting progress,in order to provide therapeutic targets for clinical intervention and theoretical support for individualized treatment for patients with coronary artery disease.
