摘要
收集Web of Science^(TM)和CNKI文献检索数据库中的天女木兰资料,利用Citespace可视化文献计量工具分析1980—2023年天女木兰研究领域的202篇有效文献,根据关键词共现和关键词聚类时间轴知识图谱,总结当前天女木兰的热门研究话题——繁育手段、种子休眠解除机制、药用价值、开花生物学特性和抗寒机制.其中,种子变温层积催芽技术是天女木兰种子繁殖研究的主要内容,而无性繁殖技术的研究则侧重于筛选能够获得最佳繁殖效果的处理方法;关键基因鉴定是种子休眠解除机制的探索重点;精油成分功效以及木香烃内酯导致细胞凋亡的途径是天女木兰药用价值的研究热点;通过了解天女木兰开花生物学特性研究濒危树种保育对策;抗寒机制的研究集中于抗逆生理响应.制订科学的繁殖技术方案,加强生态适应机制和适应能力研究,保护与开发有机结合应成为今后天女木兰研究的主攻方向.
The literature data of Magnolia sieboldii were collected from Web of Science^(TM) and CNKI literature database,and 202 valid literature published from 1980 to 2023 were analyzed by means of Citespace,a visual bibliometrics software.According to the knowledge maps of keyword co-occurrence and clustering timeline,the hot topics of M.sieboldii current research were summarized:the propagation and cultivation methods,the mechanisms of seed dormancy breaking,the medicinal value,the flowering biological features and the cold resistance mechanisms were included.The techniques of seed variable-temperature stratification were the main contents in M.sieboldii seed reproduction study,and researches on the techniques of vegetative propagation focused on screening treatments could obtain the best reproductive results.The identification of key genes was the exploration emphasis of seed dormancy breaking mechanism.The efficacy of essential oil components and the pathway of apoptosis caused by costunolide became the research hotspots on the medicinal value of M.sieboldii.We inves-tigated the strategy for conserving the endangered tree species by understanding the flowering biology of M.sieboldii.The study of cold resistance mechanism concentrated on the physiological responses to stress environments.The formulation of appropriate breeding technological projects,the strengthening of ecological adaption mechanism and adaptive capacity research,and the organic combination of protection and development should be the core direction of M.sieboldii study in the future.
