长白山区朝鲜百合引种驯化试验

Introduction and Domestication Experiment of Lilium amabile in Changbai Mountain

开展朝鲜百合引种驯化过程中的物候、土壤处理、繁殖、田间管理、病虫害防治研究.结果显示:朝鲜百合野生资源属种群持续衰退种;喜暗棕色森林腐殖土,pH为5.5~7.0可以正常生长;物候期约140 d,群花期约22 d;种子萌发为子叶出土型;有性繁殖人工辅助授粉可以有效提高种子成熟率,无性繁殖鳞片需进行消毒处理,栽培土壤基质需消毒;病害以危害鳞茎的青霉病为主,虫害主要是东方蝼蛄,林区秋季需防护野猪拱食鳞茎.

The studies on phenology,soil treatment,reproduction,field management and pest control were carried out during the process of introduction and domestication of Lilium amabile.The results showed that the wild resources of Lilium amabile belonged to a species with continuous decline in population.It likes dark brown forest humus soil and can grow normally with pH of 5.5~7.0;The phenological period is about 140 days,while the group flowering period is about 22 days.The seed germination is of the cotyledon unearthed type.Artificial assisted pollination can improve seed maturity effectively in sexual reproduction,and the scales disinfection treatment is required in asexual reproduction.The cultivation soil substrate needs to be disinfected.The diseases are caused mainly by penicilliosis which harms the bulbs,and the pest is mainly the oriental mole cricket.In autumn,it needs to protect wild boars from eating bulbs in forest areas.
