摘要
在社交媒体的迭代发展下,点赞符码经历了由Facebook的“大拇指”到抖音的“爱心”再到视频号“大拇指+爱心”的变迁过程。在Facebook和抖音的点赞机制下,点赞信息只会在内容发布者与点赞者之间共享,此时的用户处于点赞预期和点赞结果一致的认知协调状态,鲜有基于点赞信息的隐私管理行为。然而,在视频号的双点赞机制下,延续了原有点赞习惯的用户极易误触点赞按钮带来“点赞信息好友可见”的二次传播风险,这极大地触发了用户点赞时的隐私担忧。基于此,依托深度访谈法对用户的视频号点赞行为展开调研,发现点赞公开个人信息、点赞带来液态监视和熟人好友隐私窥探是用户进行点赞管理的主要动因,对此他们主要通过“撤消爱心”“不点赞”和“只点大拇指”等方式来规避隐私风险。
Under the iterative evolution of social media,the likes code has changed from the original"Thumb"in Facebook to"Love"in Tiktok and then to"Thumb plus Love"in the Wechat Channel.Under the mechanism of Facebook and Tiktok,the information is only shared between the content publisher and the like givers.The user is in cognitive coordination where the like expectation and the like result are consistent,and there are few privacy management behaviors.However,under the mechanism of the Wechat Channel,users who continue the original habit are likely to mistakenly click the Thumb button,which brings the risk of secondary transmission of"thumbs-up information can be seen by friends",which greatly triggers the privacy concerns of users when they click the Thumb.Based on this,this study conducted a survey on users'like giving behavior based on in-depth interview method,and found that the main reasons for users'like giving management are disclosed personal information,liquid monitor and privacy snooping of acquaintances and friends triggered by like giving.In this regard,users mainly avoided privacy risks by"withdrawing Love,avoid giving likes"and"thumbs-up only".
