试验用超临界水氧化处理装置反应器设计探讨

摘要 利用超临界水氧化工艺技术处理放射性有机、无机废液/油,作为核心设备的反应器,其操作工况极其苛刻,具有高温、高压、介质复杂、腐蚀性强等特点,所以对于设计的选材、结构、制造与检验要求,需要充分考虑,保证设备在运行过程中,满足实验及操作工况需要,使试验安全顺利完成,对以后扩大生产装置具有重大参考意义。 Supercritical water oxidation is adopted to treat radioactive organic and inorganic waste liquid/oil.As the reactor of core equipment,its operating conditions are extremely harsh,featuring high temperature,high pressure,complex media,strong corrosion and other characteristics.Therefore,adequate consideration needs to be taken in terms of material selection,and structural,manufacturing inspection requirements to ensure that the equipment can meet the needs of experimental and operating cases during operation.The safe and successful completion of the test is of great reference value for the expansion of production unit in the future.
