可降解纤维材料及其应用的研究进展

摘要 为满足可持续发展的需要,实现可降解纤维的产业化,对纤维降解的方式及纤维降解性能的表征方法进行了归纳。总结了多种天然纤维、再生纤维、可降解合成纤维的研究进展,系统分析了一些再生纤维与可降解合成纤维的降解方式、降解产物及其优缺点。同时,介绍了可降解纤维在纺织领域、生物医用领域及其他工业领域的应用。最后,展望了可降解纤维的发展方向,指出可降解纤维的研发应着眼于其纺织加工性能、产量、生产成本及降解产物等方面。 In order to meet the needs of sustainable green development and realize the industrialization of degradable fibers,the degradation modes of fibers and the characterization methods of fiber degradation performance were summarized.The research progress of some natural fibers,regenerated fibers and degradable synthetic fibers was summarized,and the degradation methods,degradation products,advantages and disadvantages of some degradable fibers were systematically analyzed.At the same time,the applications of degradable fibers in textile field,biomedical field and other industrial field were introduced.Finally,the development direction of degradable fibers was identified,and it was pointed out that the research and development of degradable fibers should focus on their mechanical processing properties,yield,production cost and degradation products.
