短程水解应用于县域分类厨余垃圾可行性的研究

摘要 随着国家垃圾分类工作的推进,厨余垃圾的分类收集量明显增加,部分区、县也加入到厨余垃圾分类序列,故以上地区急需因地制宜的厨余垃圾处理工艺及终端处理设施。厨余垃圾主要采用“预处理”+“湿式厌氧”的工艺,废渣能源化或资源化利用,有机废水厌氧产沼,以实现厨余垃圾的减量化、资源化、无害化。县域分类厨余垃圾通过短程水解预处理,不同类型的有机质从固相转化为液相,部分胞内水转化游离水。通过试验,经短程水解后的厨余垃圾减量化率达55.12%,有机质转化率达22.41%,均优于厨余垃圾直接挤压效果。 With the advancement of national waste classification work,the collection volume of kitchen waste has significantly increased,and some districts and counties have also added kitchen waste classification sequences.These regions urgently need tailored kitchen waste treatment processes and terminal treatment facilities.Kitchen waste mainly adopts the process of"pre-treatment"+"wet anaerobic",and the waste is used for energy or resource utilization,while organic wastewater is anaerobic for biogas production,to achieve the reduction,resource utilization,and harmless treatment of kitchen waste.County classified kitchen waste is pretreated through short-range hydrolysis,where different types of organic matter are converted from solid phase to liquid phase,and some intracellular water is converted into free water.Through experiments,the reduction rate of kitchen waste after short-term hydrolysis reached 55.12%,and the organic matter conversion rate reached 22.41%,both of which were better than the effect of direct extrusion of kitchen waste.
