摘要
为顺应土壤环境保护的现实需求和土壤环境科学技术的发展需求,国内开始鼓励研究利用高效经济的修复技术处理污染地块中的有机污染物。针对不同污染负荷的有机污染土壤,结合实际工程案例分析异位化学氧化和异位热脱附技术2种有机污染土壤修复技术可达性和经济性。结果表明,采用异位化学氧化工艺处理有机污染土壤,投加比为2%,4%,6%时,成本费用分别为542.62,739.23,935.85元/m^(3),处理低污染负荷土壤均具可达性,处理高污染负荷土壤仅投加比6%时具有可达性;当采用异位热脱附工艺处理污染土壤时,成本费用为763.34元/m^(3),且对高、低污染负荷土壤均具有可达性。通过比选,高有机污染负荷土壤优选异位热脱附技术,低负荷污染土壤优选异位化学氧化技术。研究结果为我国今后土壤有机物污染修复工作的具体实施提供参考和启示。
In response to the practical needs of soil environmental protection and the development needs of soil environmental science and technology,China has begun to encourage research on the use of efficient and economic remediation technology to treat pollutants in contaminated land.The article focuses on organic contaminated soil with different pollution loads,selects ectopic chemical oxidation and thermal desorption remediation technologies,and analyzes the accessibility and economy of ectopic chemical oxidation and ectopic thermal desorption technologies based on actual engineering cases.The research results show that when using the ectopic chemical oxidation process to treat polluted soil,the cost per unit is 542.62,739.23 and 935.85 yuan,respectively,when the dosage ratio is 2%,4%,and 6%.Moreover,the treatment of low load polluted soil has accessibility,while the treatment of high load polluted soil has accessibility when the dosage ratio is only 6%;When using the ectopic thermal desorption process to treat contaminated soil,the unit cost is 763.34 yuan,and it has accessibility for both high and low load contaminated soil.By comparing and selecting,considering the accessibility and economy of the target,for high load polluted soil,ectopic thermal desorption technology is selected,while for low load polluted soil,ectopic chemical oxidation technology is selected.The research results provide reference and inspiration for the specific implementation of soil pollution remediation work in China in the future.
