摘要
从结构设计、传动系统、轧辊孔型设计等方面分析了LG型和LD型周期式冷轧管机在生产过程中存在的问题,提出了一种能够满足更高轧制需求的新型三辊周期冷轧管机的设计方案。该新型三辊周期冷轧管机采用直线往复式行星减速机,解决了传统轧管机传动效率低、传动链长、震动大、设备占用空间大等缺点;采用了新型三辊轧制孔型,提高了成品管的精度,满足大变形、高精度轧制需求;通过优化整体结构,解决了传统开式机架刚度低、受力集中、长期使用易出现金属疲劳变形的问题。
Analyzed here in the article are the problems as occurring during the manufacturing processes of the LG and LD pilger cold-rolling mills from such aspects as the structure design,the drive system and the pass design etc.Accordingly the design scheme of a new type 3-roll pilger cold-rolling mill that meets the higher rolling demand is proposed.Thanks to the employment of the straight reciprocating planet reducer by the said mill,all the main disadvantages of the conventional pipe-rolling mill are solved,including low transmission efficiency,long drive chain,high vibration,and large space as occupied by the equipment,etc.And due to adoption of the new 3-high rolling pass,the accuracy of the finished pipe is improved,and the requirements for rolling with large deformation and high precision are satisfied;further more the optimization of the structure of the mill as a whole gets the problems as staying with the conventional opening roll stand like low rigidity,load concentration,and long time-operation-caused metal fatigue deformation are all fixed.
