CT90钢级连续管对接焊工艺和焊接接头性能研究

摘要 采用手工TIG焊对Φ60.3 mm×4.8 mm规格CT90连续管进行了对接焊,检测焊接接头的强度、塑性、韧性、硬度、疲劳寿命等。结果表明,该连续管对焊接头性能良好,焊缝、热影响区、母材的硬度差别不大,热影响区没有明显的软化现象;焊接接头的拉伸性能、抗弯曲变形能力、抗挤毁性能和抗内压性能优异;接头的平均疲劳寿命达到了母管的50%,完全满足油田现场工作要求。 The butt welding of theΦ60.3 mm×4.8 mm CT90 coiled tubing is conducted by means of the manual TIG process,and the strength,plasticity,toughness,hardness and fatigue life of the weld joint are tested.The test results show that the performance of the coiled tubing butt welding joint is good,and the hardness difference between the weld,the HAZ and the base metal is not obvious;no significant softening is found in the HAZ;the tensile property,bending deformation resistance,the collapse resistance,and the internal pressure resistance of the welding joint are all excellent;and its average fatigue life is up to 50%of that of the base tube,having been in full compliance with relevant oil field work requirements.
