摘要
传统两单元级联H桥在载波移相脉宽调制(CPS-PWM)策略下存在输出电平数少,谐波含量高的问题.为了解决以上问题,提出了一种两单元级联九电平开关逆变器新型拓扑结构以及对应的改进型CPS-PWM调制策略.不仅解决了输出电平数少的问题,而且保证了输出电压波形的质量,也实现了两个单元之间的功率自均衡,仿真及实验研究证明了上述理论分析的准确性和切实性.
The traditional two-unit cascaded H-bridge has the problems of few output levels and high harmonic content under the carrier phase-shift pulse-width modulation(CPS-PWM)strategy.In order to solve the above problems,a novel topology of a two-unit cascaded nine-level five-switch inverter and a corresponding improved CPS-PWM modulation strategy are proposed.It not only solves the problem of few output levels,but also ensures the quality of the output voltage waveform,and also realizes the power self-balancing between the two units.The simulation description and experimental research prove the accuracy and practicality of the above theoretical analysis.
