摘要
在高职院校的电子实训室中,由于经常进行电路板焊接实训,造成室内温度较高,环境污染严重。传统的排风设备功能单一,智能化不足,不能根据环境变化实施自动排风,已不能满足教学环境要求。因此,以STM32为核心,引入传感器、人机交互等技术,对老旧排风系统进行改造,能根据环境参数变化自动实现排风智能化控制。测试及运行结果表明,该系统操作简单,运行稳定,响应及时,达到了设计目标,改善了电子实训室内的实训环境。
In the electronic training room of higher vocational colleges,due to the frequent training of circuit board welding,the indoor temperature is high and the environmental pollution is serious.The traditional ventilation equipment has a single function and is not intelligent enough to implement automatic ventilation according to the change of the environment,which can not meet the requirements of the teaching environment.Therefore,this paper takes STM32 as the core,introduces sensor,human-computer interaction and other technologies to transform the old exhaust system,and can automatically realize the intelligent control of exhaust according to the changes of environmental parameters.The test and operation results show that the system has simple operation,stable operation,timely response,achieved the design goal,and improved the training environment in the electronic training room.
