甲基丙烯酸镁对氢化丁腈橡胶性能的影响

摘要 采用甲基丙烯酸镁(MgMA)与氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)共混制备了MgMA/HNBR复合材料,考察了在高温及浸泡钻井液下MgMA用量对HNBR性能的影响。结果表明,在高温及钻井液作用下加入8份(质量)MgMA时,MgMA/HNBR复合材料综合性能的提高最明显,其具有较高的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和撕裂强度,耐热氧老化性能最佳。 Magnesium methacrylate(MgMA)/hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)composites were prepared by blending MgMA with HNBR,and the effects of MgMA amount on mechanical properties of HNBR at high temperature and after immersion in drilling fluid were investigated.The results showed that under the combined action of high temperature and drilling fluid,the comprehensive performance of MgMA/HNBR composite was improved most significantly with higher tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength,and the best thermal-oxydative aging resistance,when the amount of MgMA was 8 phr(mass).
