道德焦虑是焦虑渗透到道德领域的一种情绪状态。大学生处于道德焦虑状态会影响其心理健康,形成错误的道德价值观,甚至产生不当行为。新媒体时代背景下,由于社会转型期形成的复杂道德环境、网络技术的发展助推了道德失范行为、大学生道德心理建设薄弱以及道德教育不足等原因,使得一些大学生呈现出道德认知模糊、道德情感淡薄、道德意志弱化、道德行为冷漠等道德焦虑表征。这就必须通过营造良好的社会道德氛围,树立正确价值取向;加强网络道德秩序的引导和监管,重拾公众网络道德信心;优化大学生道德教育,加强大学生道德心理建设等路径,有效疏导新媒体时代大学生的道德焦虑,以提升大学生的整体道德水平。

Moral anxiety is an emotional state in which anxiety permeates into the moral field.College students in the state of moral anxiety will affect their mental health,produce improper behavior and form wrong moral values.In the era of new media,due to the complex moral environment formed in the period of social transformation and the development of network technology,which promotes moral anomie behavior,the weak moral psychological construction of college students and the lack of moral education,some college students show moral anxiety symptoms such as vague moral cognition,weak moral emotion,weakening moral will and indifferent moral behavior.In order to effectively relieve the moral anxiety of college students in the new media era,it is necessary to build a good social moral atmosphere and establish a correct value orientation.Strengthen the guidance and supervision of network moral order,regain public confidence in network moral;Optimizing the moral education of college students and strengthening the construction of moral psychology can relieve moral anxiety so as to improve the overall moral level of college students.
