“双碳”背景下我国碳普惠发展历程与展望

Development history and prospect of carbon inclusion under the background of“double carbon”

中国自2020年提出“双碳”目标后,绿色与低碳便成了未来经济发展与生态建设的导向。作为重要的碳排放源之一,居民消费领域有着巨大的减排潜力。碳普惠是我国面向个人的自愿减排机制,为我国减碳提供了新思路。通过梳理我国碳普惠的发展现状,提出相关建议,以期碳普惠能更好地提升公众参与度,助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。

Since China put forward the“double carbon”goal in 2020,green and low-carbon have become the direction of future economic development and ecological construction.As one of the important sources of carbon emissions,household consumption has great potential to reduce emissions.Carbon inclusion is a voluntary mechanism for individual emission reduction,which provides a new idea for carbon reduction in our country.By combing the development status of carbon inclusion and putting forward relevant suggestions,we hope that carbon inclusion can better stimulate the public participation and help the realization of the“double carbon”goal in our country.
