高校固定资产管理现状与问题研究

Research on the current situation and problems of fixed asset management in universities

固定资产是高校产学研的重要物质基础,也是衡量高校办学规模及综合排名的主要指标之一。随着社会的发展和我国GDP的显著增长,国家对高校教育的投入也大幅增加,其中大部分为固定资产的投入。所以高校固定资产管理的科学化、规范化、信息化显得尤为重要。调研发现,当前高校在固定资产管理方面存在诸多共性问题。文章通过归纳总结提出了相应的解决方案,旨在加强高校固定资产管理,规范资产管理行为,提高固定资产管理的信息化水平,充分利用固定资产的价值,保障高校国有资产保值增值,促进高校教学科研事业向纵深发展。

Fixed assets are an important material foundation for industry,academia,and research in universities,and are also one of the main indicators for measuring the scale and comprehensive ranking of universities.With the development of society and the significant growth of Chinas GDP,the countrys investment in higher education has also increased significantly,most of which is in fixed assets.Therefore,the scientific,standardized,and information-based management of fixed assets in universities is particularly important.However,through research,it was found that there are many common problems in the management of fixed assets in current universities.This article summarizes and proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to strengthen the management of fixed assets in universities,standardize asset management behavior,improve the level of informatization of fixed asset management,fully utilize the value of fixed assets,ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets in universities,and promote the in-depth development of teaching and scientific research in universities.
