基于业财融合的公立医院绩效评价研究

Research on performance evaluation of public hospitals based on the integration of industry and finance

随着医疗行业竞争的不断激烈,提高医院的运营效率迫在眉睫。绩效评价制度有利于促进医院提质增效。基于此,文章在总结基于业财融合下公立医院绩效评价研究的必要性的基础上,对公立医院现存的绩效评价问题进行分析,并以医院的实际情况为依据,提出适合医院长期发展的改进策略。

With the continuous fierce competition in the medical industry,it is urgent to improve the operational efficiency of hospitals.The performance evaluation system is conducive to promoting the improvement of hospital quality and efficiency.On the basis of summarizing the necessity of research on performance evaluation of public hospitals based on the integration of industry and finance,this article analyzes the existing performance evaluation problems of public hospitals,and proposes improvement strategies suitable for the long-term development of hospitals based on their actual situation.
