摘要
针对柴油机启动电机在低温环境下无法启动的原因分析,并提出相应的解决措施。分析表明,起动电机在低温环境下工作时开关触点烧蚀,柴油机起动机在低于-35℃的低温环境下启动试验,其电磁开关橡胶波形密封套已经超过它的适用温度范围,橡胶密封套冻僵,开关吸合阻力增大,而开关线圈吸力基本不变,波形密封套阻力大导致齿轮打出速度过慢,触点接触时速度过慢出现似接非接状态而烧坏,导致柴油机启动电机在低温环境下无法启动。
This paper analyzes the reasons why the diesel engine starting motor cannot start under low temperature environment,and puts forward corresponding solutions.The analysis shows that the switch contact is ablated when the starting motor works in a low temperature environment,and the diesel engine starter starts the test in a low temperature environment below-35℃.The electromagnetic switch rubber wave seal sleeve has exceeded its applicable temperature range,the rubber seal sleeve is frozen,the switch suction resistance is increased,while the switch coil suction is basically unchanged,and the resistance of the wave seal sleeve is large,resulting in the gear driving speed is too slow,When the contact speed is too slow,it appears that the contact is not connected and burnt out,resulting in the diesel engine starting motor can not start under low temperature environment.
