摘要
中国技能大赛——“临工杯”全国第四届工程机械维修工职业技能竞赛,叉车项目组使用2017年上市的CPCD30-Q11K全柴4C2-50C41合力叉车和2013年上市的CPCD30A柳工叉车设置的不能正常启动项目,所有参赛的选手都不能在规定时间完成,放弃比赛,究其原因是对叉车不能正常启动认识不足。叉车不能正常启动,主要是两方面原因:1.发动机自身原因,导致不能启动;2.叉车外部原因造成发动机启动后失火。
The"SDLG Cup"4th National Construction Machinery Maintenance Worker Skills Competition in China featured a forklift project group that utilized a CPCD30-Q11K fully-powered diesel 4C2-50C41 HELI-FORKLIFT forklift trucks launched in 2017 and CPCD30A Liugong Forklift Truck forklift trucks launched in 2013.However,the forklift was unable to start properly,and all participating contestants were unable to complete the task within the allotted time,ultimately giving up on the competition.The reason is the lack of understanding of the forklift can not start normally.The forklift does not start properly,which stems from two main factors:1.Engine-related issues preventing starting;and 2.External factors causing engine misfires after starting.
