摘要
迈腾B8L使用大众的MQB平台打造,此车起动系统的控制逻辑相对复杂,要查找起动机无法运转的故障原因,首先必须熟知其工作原理,然后根据故障现象运用恰当的诊断思路逐步进行排除。本文首先介绍迈腾B8L起动系统的工作原理(控制逻辑),然后根据各个控制信号、电路、故障码、数据流等各部分不正常可能产生的对应故障现象进行反推故障原因,最后总结了故障诊断排除的思路和方法,从而为解决迈腾B8L起动机无法运转的故障提供检修的依据。
Magotan B8L is built on the popular MQB platform.The control logic of this vehicle's starting system is relatively complex.In order to find out the cause of the failure of the starter,we must first be familiar with its working principle,and then use appropriate diagnostic ideas according to the fault phenomenon.This paper first introduces the working principle(control logic)of Maiteng B8 L starting system,and then reverses the cause of the fault according to the corresponding fault phenomena that may occur in each control signal,circuit,fault code,data flow and other parts.Finally,it summarizes the ideas and methods of fault diagnosis and elimination,so as to provide the basis for solving the failure of Maiteng B8 L starter.
