基于COMSOL的三明治复合结构泡沫铝隔声性能研究

摘要 泡沫铝夹层结构因其优良的物理性能被广泛应用于汽车工业领域,为研究不同材料组合对三明治复合结构泡沫铝隔声性能的影响,利用COMSOL有限元软件对纯泡沫铝和三种常见三明治复合结构泡沫铝三维几何模型进行建模,并对其传递损失进行了数值仿真计算。分析了不同材料组合对三明治复合结构泡沫铝隔声性能的影响。结果表明:(1)三明治复合结构泡沫铝的隔声性能要优于纯泡沫铝,尤其在高频段(2)三明治复合结构泡沫铝传递损失存在周期性规律,即传递损失在低频段先增后减、中频段先减后增、高频段逐渐增大的趋势。 Aluminum foam sandwich structure is widely used in automobile industry due to its excellent physical properties.In order to study the influence of different material combinations on the sound insulation performance of sandwich composite aluminum foam,the three-dimensional geometric models of pure aluminum foam and three common sandwich composite aluminum foam were constructed by using COMSOL finite element software,and their transmission losses were numerically simulated.The influence of different material combinations on the sound insulation performance of sandwich composite aluminum foam was analyzed.The results show that:(1)the sound insulation performance of aluminum foam with sandwich composite structure is better than that of pure aluminum foam,especially in the high frequency band(2)the transmission loss of aluminum foam with sandwich composite structure has a periodic law,that is,the transmission loss first increases and then decreases in the low frequency band,first decreases and then increases in the medium frequency band,and gradually increases in the high frequency band.
