摘要
目的研究人因视角下的艇用发动机产品设计,提高发动机的装配、维护体验及舒适度,打造高端特质,提升产品竞争力及企业品牌形象。方法从用户研究及体验式设计角度出发,探索“装配者及维护者”对发动机的诉求,研究装配方式及操作行为,提炼人因设计点及关注点,构建面向人、发动机、配套环境的人因表达模型,提出了基于人因工程的艇用发动机的设计方法,将其应用在艇用发动机设计中。结论建立以人为中心的艇用发动机设计方法及评价体系。
Objective To study Marine engine product design from the perspective of human factors,improve engine assembly,maintenance experience and comfort,create high-end characteristics,enhance product competitiveness and corporate brand image.Methods From the perspective of user research and experiential design,the author explored the demands of"assembler and maintainer"on the engine,studied the assembly mode and operation behavior,extracted the design points and concerns of human factors,built a human factors expression model for people,engines and supporting environment,proposed a design method of Marine engine based on human factors engineering,and applied it in Marine engine design.Conclusion Establish a human-centered Marine engine design method and evaluation system.
