摘要
制动盘作为高速列车核心关键部件之一,关系到高速列车的运行安全,而制动盘材质选择直接影响列车的制动性能,在制动盘材质已经确定的情况下,制动盘结构设计在可靠性方面起着非常重要的作用。文章根据轮装制动盘的工作原理及结构特点,提出了轮装制动盘高强度螺栓连接结构设计中的关键问题,从螺栓受力、强度条件、材质选择三方面进行了设计与分析,并给出了解决方案,最后通过1∶1台架试验验证了高强度螺栓连接结构设计计算的准确性。上述研究为高速列车制动盘紧固件安全设计优化提供了理论参考。
As one of the key components of high-speed trains,brake discs are related to the running safety of high-speed trains,and the material selection directly affects the braking performance of trains.In the case that the brake disc material has been determined,the structural design of brake discs plays a very important role in reliability.According to the working principle and structural characteristics of wheel-mounted brake discs,this paper puts forward the key problems in the design of high-strength bolted connection structure of wheel-mounted brake discs.The design and analysis are carried out from three aspects:bolt stress,strength condition and material selection to give the solution.After that,the accuracy of design and calculation of high-strength bolted connection structure is verified by 1∶1 braking bench test.The above research provides a theoretical reference for the safety design optimization of brake disc fasteners of high-speed trains.
