摘要
为了验证某出口地铁车辆动态包络线是否满足动态限界要求,需要进行试验测试。文章介绍了一种基于AS 7507:2017标准的倾摆试验测试方法,对某出口地铁车辆进行了倾摆试验,同时采用SIMPACK多体动力学软件建立了车辆动力学模型并进行了相应仿真分析,得到了相关预测数据,并将试验测试数据与仿真分析结果进行了对比,主要从一系侧滚角、二系侧滚角、车体倾摆量和车体下垂量4个方面进行了比较分析。结果表明,仿真分析结果与试验结果基本一致且满足GM/RC 2641标准试验要求,证明了该试验方案的可行性与安全性。
Tests are necessary to verify whether the dynamic envelope line of certain exported metro car meets the requirements of kinematic outline.This paper introduces a sway test method based on AS7507 standard,which has been performed on the exported car.At the same time,the vehicle dynamics model is established by using SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software to conduct the corresponding simulation analysis and thus to obtain relevant prediction data.The test data are compared with the simulation analysis results,mainly from four aspects:primary rolling angle,secondary rolling angle,car body tilting and car body downwards bouncing conditions.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the simulation results are basically consistent with the test results,and meet the test requirements of GM/RC2641 standard,which proves the feasibility and safety of the test scheme.
