Development of Self-powered Heavy-duty Livestock Cars Exported to Nigeria

The paper introduces the purpose,technical parameters,characteristics,main structure,analysis,calculation and test of livestock car exported to Nigeria.The car adopts super-long carbody,upper and lower double-deck structure,and is equipped with escort room and bogie with self-powered function.The calculation and test results show that all the indexes of the car meet the requirements,which can solve the practical difficulties of long-distance transportation of live animals such as livestock and poultry in Nigeria,and has good economic value and social benefits.
