加氢站收氢卸氢损耗分析

Analysis of Hydrogen Collection and Unloading Loss in Hydrogenation Station

随着近年来支持新能源发展的政策不断出台,氢能源被迅速推广,然而适合我国国情的加氢站管理标准与制度仍处于起步阶段,特别是计量与损耗管理方面涉及的内容较少,加氢站管理单位通常按照与输气、运输单位自行沟通协商,明确计量和交接标准。为提高加氢站计量管理的精准度,本文以四川某加氢站为例,从读数、仪表及计算方式,分析了现行加氢站损耗原因,并提出几点优化意见。

With the continuous introduction of policies to support the development of new energy in recent years,hydrogen energy has been rapidly promoted,but the hydrogenation station management standards and systems suit-able for China′s national conditions are still in their infancy,especially the content involved in measurement and loss management is less,and the hydrogenation station management unit usually communicates with the gas trans-mission and transportation units to clarify the measurement and handover standards.In order to improve the accuracy of metering management of hydrogen refueling station,taking a hydrogen refueling station in Sichuan as an exam-ple,the causes of the current loss of hydrogen refueling station are analyzed from the reading,meters and calcula-tion methods,and some optimization thoughts are put forward.
