基于“指南”top-down方法评定临床定量检测不确定度的探讨

Evaluation of Clinical Quantitative Test Uncertainty Based on"Guide"top-down Method

目的:为掌握实验室检测能力,使用国标文件“指南”推荐的方法评定不确定度,并对其存在的问题提出建议,为有关方面修订、完善“指南”提供参考。方法:采用“指南”top-down方法,利用PT数据和实验室测量复现性,评定实验室常规生化检测项目不准确度。结果:该方法为临床实验室测量不确定度评定提供了标准和依据。

Objective:In order to master the ability of laboratory testing,the method recommended by the national standard document"Guide"was used to evaluate the uncertainty,and the existing problems were suggested,so as to provide reference for revising and improving the"Guide".Methods:The"guide"top-down method was used to evaluate the inaccuracy of routine biochemical detection items in laboratory by using PT data and laboratory meas-urement repeatability.Results:The method provided the standard and basis for the evaluation of uncertainty of clini-cal laboratory measurement.
