关于推进社区教育服务标准化发展的思考——以成都市社区教育服务标准化实践探索为例

Reflections on Promoting the Standardization Development of Community Education Service-Taking the Standardization Practice and Exploration of Community Education Service in Chengdu as an Example

本文阐述了我国社区教育服务标准化发展现状,并以成都市社区教育服务标准化发展为例,从制度建设、社区教育服务提供者、服务内容与形式、服务要求、服务资源、服务流程六个方面,阐述了开展社区教育服务标准化建设的实践方案。从强化顶层设计、注重分类、以群众需求为导向、整合服务资源四个方面为推进社区教育服务标准化建设、保障社区教育服务高品质发展提出了建议。

This article expounds the current situation of standardization about community education service in China,and takes the development of community education service standardization in Chengdu as an example.The plan and practical of community education service standardization construction are summarized from six aspects:institutional construction,service provider,service content and form,service requirement,service resources and service flow.Suggestions have been put forward to promote the standardization construction and ensure the highquality development of community education services from four aspects:strengthening top-level design,emphasizing classification,guiding by public needs,and integrating service resources.
