浅析食品、药品、化妆品微生物检验的异同

摘要 通过对食品、药品、化妆品三个品类微生物检验在检验依据、样品采集及检验用量、培养基、实验室环境、方法适用性、具体操作差异(以菌落总数为例)等方面进行对比分析,浅析三个品类在微生物检验中的异同,发现三品类微生物检验可以优势互补,互相借鉴。建议相关从业人员在工作中总结经验、融会贯通,持续增强实验的严谨性和科学性,更好地保障人民群众的饮食、用药、用妆安全。 This paper makes a comparative analysis of the microbial testing of food,drugs and cosmetics in terms of testing basis,sample collection and testing dosage,medium,laboratory environment,method applicability and specific operation differences(taking the total number of colonies as an example),analyzes the similarities and differences of three categories in microbial testing,and finds that three categories of microbial testing can complement each other and learn from each other.It provides the suggestion that relevant practitioners should sum up their experience and integrate them in their work,so as to continuously enhance the rigor and scientificity of their experiments,and better guarantee the safety and effectiveness of people’s food,drugs and cosmetics.
