摘要
“三全育人”的教育理念为高校教育及学生管理工作提供了理论遵循、改革思路,新形势下高校学生劳动教育与就业教育融合育人是实现高等教育内涵式发展的内在要求。高校学生劳动与就业的融合育人存在育人目标一致性、实践功能互补性、实施环节相容性的内在机理,为提升融合育人的实效性奠定扎实基础。基于“三全育人”理念,积极探索高校学生劳动与就业的规范化融合育人路径:一要完善顶层设计,实现机制保障;二要助推人员协同,实现队伍保障;三要强化过程追踪,实现实践保障,切实推进二者经验互鉴、资源共享、协同发展,达到“1+1>2”的育人效果。
The educational concept of“three complete education”provides theoretical compliance and reform ideas for college education and student management.Under the new situation,the integration of labor education and employment education for college students is the internal requirement for the realization of the connotative development of higher education.The integrated education of labor and employment of college students has the internal mechanism of the consistency of education objectives,the complementarity of practical functions and the compatibility of implementation links,which lays a solid foundation for improving the effectiveness of the integrated education.Based on the concept of“three complete education”,this paper actively explores the standardized and integrated education path of college students’labor and employment:first,perfecting the top-level design and realizing the mechanism guarantee;second,boosting the coordination of personnel to achieve team support;third,strengthening the process tracking,realizing the practice guarantee,and effectively promoting the mutual learning of experience,resource sharing and coordinated development of the two,so as to achieve the education effect of“1+1>2”.
