探讨直肠癌术前辅助放化疗引起放射性直肠炎的标准化分级护理

Discussion on the Standardized Grading Nursing of Radiation Proctitis Caused by Preoperative Adjuvant Chemoradiotherapy for Rectal Cancer

目的:分析标准化分级护理模式在直肠癌术前辅助放化疗引起放射性直肠炎患者护理干预中的应用效果。方法:选择蚌埠医学院第一附属医院于2021年3月至2021年12月收治的52例直肠癌术前辅助放化疗引起放射性直肠炎患者,采取常规护理干预;同时选择2022年1月至2022年10月收治的52例,采取标准化分级护理干预,比较护理结果差异。结果:在实施标准化分级护理后,患者干预总有效率显著高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后患者临床症状消失时间明显早于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在直肠癌术前辅助放化疗引起放射性直肠炎患者临床干预中,标准化分级护理模式解决了传统护理模式下存在的过度护理等问题,有助于提升患者满意度并促进患者临床症状改善,具有显著优势。并且本文的结果也证实,标准化分级护理模式可以加快患者临床症状改善,有更满意的干预效果,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized grading nursing mode in nursing intervention of patients with preoperative adjuvant chemoradiotherapy for rectal cancer caused by radiation proctitis.Methods:52 cases of rectal cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy induced radiation proctitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected,and routine nursing intervention was taken.At the same time,52 cases admitted from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected to adopt standardized grading nursing intervention,and the nursing outcomes were compared.Results:After the implementation of standardized grading nursing,the total effective rate of intervention was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms after implementation was significantly earlier than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical intervention of patients with rectal cancer caused by preoperative adjuvant chemoradiotherapy,standardized grading nursing mode solves the problems of excessive nursing under the traditional nursing mode,which is helpful to improve patient satisfaction and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients,and has significant advantages.And the results of this paper also confirmed that standardized grading nursing model can accelerate the improvement of patients’clinical symptoms and have more satisfactory intervention effect,which has popularization value.
