标准化整体护理模式对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者膀胱功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Standardized Holistic Nursing Mode on Bladder Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Neurogenic Bladder after Spinal Cord Injury

目的:观察脊髓损伤(SCI,spinal cord injury)后神经源性膀胱(NB,Neurogenic bladder)患者膀胱功能与生活质量应用标准化整体护理模式的实际效果。方法:在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院康复医学科2020年6月份至2022年6月份入院接受治疗的SCI并发NB者中选出56例,以抛硬币法均匀分为两组,对对照组中患者实施常规护理,对整体组中患者实施标准化整体护理模式,比较并发症发作率、生活质量评分与膀胱功能。结果:护理后整体组患者的并发症发作率较对照组低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);膀胱功能对比整体组数据优于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);SF-36评分,整体组数据偏高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SCI并发NB者经标准化整体护理模式干预后膀胱功能可切实得以改善,有利于提升生活质量,理应在护理工作中推广该模式。

Objective:To observe the practical effect of standardized holistic nursing mode on bladder function and quality of life in patients with neurogenic bladder(NB)after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:56 SCI patients with NB complications who were admitted for treatment in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and evenly divided into two groups by coin toss method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the whole group received standardized holistic nursing mode.The incidence rate of complications,quality of life score and bladder function were compared.Results:The incidence rate of complications in the whole group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The comparison of bladder function in the whole group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The score of SF-36 was higher in the whole group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bladder function of SCI patients complicated with NB can be effectively improved after the intervention of standardized holistic nursing mode,which is conducive to improving the quality of life.It should be promoted in nursing work.
