建筑火灾升温条件下电缆耐火性能测试方法

摘要 为测试电缆在火灾充分发展阶段的耐火性能,首先从受火条件、判定方法、耐火时间和样品安装等方面,提出建筑火灾升温条件下电缆耐火性能测试方法(简称新测试方法,包括新方法A和新方法B);然后搭建建筑火灾升温条件下电缆耐火性能测试平台,采用传统电缆耐火性能测试方法和2种新测试方法分别测试21根电缆的耐火性能,并加以对比。结果表明:与传统电缆耐火性能测试方法相比,新测试方法能有效区分电缆耐火时间长短,而且可同时测试1~12根电缆的耐火性能,提高了测试效率。9根电缆2次耐火试验的耐火时间基本接近,新测试方法测试电缆耐火性能的重现性好。 In order to test the fire resistance of cables at the fully developed stage of fire,two test methods(method A and B)for fire resistance of cables under the temperature rise conditions of building fire were put forward from the aspects of fire conditions,judgment method,fire resistance time,and sample installation.Moreover,a test platform of cable fire resistance under the temperature rise conditions of building fire was set up.Finally,the traditional fire resistance test method and two new test methods were used to test the fire resistance of 21 cables.The results show that compared with the traditional fire resistance test method,the new test method can effectively distinguish fire resistance time of cables.The new test method can test the fire resistance of 1 to 12 cables at the same time,which improves the test efficiency.The fire resistance time of 9 cables in two fire resistance tests are approximately the same,indicating that the new test method has good reproducibility in testing the fire resistance of cables.
