创业政策满意度及其影响因素实证分析——基于陕西省231个返乡创业者的调查数据

创业者对创业政策的满意度是衡量政策是否真正落地见效的重要指标。基于陕西省231个创业者的调查数据,运用因子分析和二项Logistic回归模型,实证分析返乡创业者对创业政策满意度的影响因素。结果表明,创业者对创业政策满意度受政策反映回馈、政策宣传推广力度、政策执行力度3个主要因素影响,政策反映回馈影响最大,政策宣传推广力度次之,政策执行力度再次之。因此,政府要重视扶持带动、做好政策宣传、加大政策支持、督导政策落实。

Entrepreneurs'satisfaction with entrepreneurial policies is an important indicator to measure whether the policies are really effective or not.Based on the survey data of 231 entrepreneurs in Shaanxi Province,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of returning entrepreneurs'satisfaction with entrepreneurial policies by using factor analysis and binomial Logistic regression model.The results show that entrepreneurs'satisfaction with entrepreneurial policies is affected by three main factors:policy feedback,policy publicity and promotion,and policy implementation.Policy feedback has the greatest impact,followed by policy publicity and policy implementation.Therefore,the government should attach importance to support and drive,promote policy publicity,increase policy support,and supervise policy implementation.
