乡村振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设优化之路分析

党的十九大报告中明确提出要在全国范围内落实乡村振兴战略,如此便深度彰显出国家和政府对“三农”问题的高度重视。我党将处理好“三农”问题视为现今的工作重点,之后将“三农”问题提升到一个崭新的战略高度上。所以说处在新时期背景下,持续加强农村基层党组织建设,将党组织真正打造成为引领乡村长效发展的中坚力量以及践行乡村振兴方针的战斗堡垒角色,已然成为新时代农村建设过程中急需处理的问题之一。该文将立足于实际角度,对乡村振兴背景下优化农村基层党组织建设的具体方案予以详细分析和阐述。

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization throughout the country,which shows that the state and the government attach great importance to the issues of"agriculture,rural areas"and farmers.Our Party regards dealing with the issues of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"as the focus of its work now,and then raises the issues of agriculture,"rural areas and farmers"to a brand-new strategic height.Therefore,in the context of the new period,continue to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations,and truly build the Party organizations into the backbone of rural long-term development and the role of the fighting bastion of implementing the policy of rural revitalization,it has become one of the urgent problems in the process of rural construction in the new era.Based on the practical point of view,this paper will analyze and elaborate in detail the specific plan to optimize the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations under the background of rural revitalization.
