涉农高校服务乡村振兴人才培养路径探索与实践

涉农高校作为乡村振兴人才培养的重要阵地,正确认识地方涉农高校人才培养与乡村振兴人才需求之间的内在逻辑关系,构建地方涉农高校服务乡村振兴人才培养路径框架,为丰富我国乡村人才振兴研究提供新视角。该文选择地方涉农高校扬州大学作为研究对象,通过对扬州大学相关涉农专业人才培养调查,分析当前涉农高校服务乡村振兴人才培养的现状及问题,总结涉农高校服务乡村振兴人才培养模式及经验启示,在国家新农科建设背景下,尝试从加快涉农专业优化设置、创新涉农人才培养模式、强化涉农专业实践教学等方面,提出新时期面向乡村振兴战略的涉农高校人才培养的路径建议。

As an important position of rural revitalization talent training,agriculture-related universities correctly understand the inherent logical relationship between local agriculture-related university talent training and rural revitalization talent demand,and construct the path framework of local agriculture-related colleges and universities to serve rural revitalization talent training,to provide a new perspective for enriching the research on the revitalization of rural talents in our country.This paper chooses the local agriculture-related university Yangzhou University as the research object,through the investigation on the training of relevant agriculture-related professionals in Yangzhou University,analyzes the current situation and problems of rural revitalization talent training in agriculture-related universities,and summarizes the talent training mode,experience and enlightenment of agriculturerelated universities serving rural revitalization,in the context of national new agricultural construction.From the aspects of speeding up the optimal setting of agriculture-related majors,innovating the training mode of agriculture-related talents,and strengthening the practical teaching of agriculture-related majors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the path of talent training in agriculture-related colleges and universities facing the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era.
