新时代农业高职院校思政教育质量提升有效路径探析

农业高职院校肩负着培养服务乡村振兴和农业强国建设的高素质技术技能人才的重任,其思政教育质量提升对涉农高职学生立志高远、立德修身、明辨是非具有重要意义。该文在阐明关注学生思想动态、着眼学生全部人生、筑牢学生思想防线是农业高职院校提升思政教育质量的基本要求的基础上,提出从守正与创新——传统课堂与智慧课堂有机融合;理论与实践——第一课堂与第二课堂衔接贯通;自信与主动——以“四史”教育研究丰富优化思政教育内容3个维度提升其思政教育质量的有效路径。

Agricultural vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training high-quality technical and skilled talents who serve the revitalization of the countryside and the construction of a powerful agricultural country.The improvement of the quality of ideological and political education is of great significance for agriculture-related higher vocational students to aspire to lofty ideals,establish morality and self-cultivation,and distinguish right from wrong.On the basis of expounding that paying attention to students'ideological trends,focusing on students'whole life and building a solid line of ideological defense are the basic requirements for improving the quality of ideological and political education in agricultural vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the organic integration of traditional classroom and smart classroom,theory and practice:the connection between the first classroom and the second classroom;self-confidence and initiative:an effective way to improve the quality of ideological and political education in the three dimensions of enriching and optimizing the content of ideological and political education with the educational research of"four histories".
