新农科背景下园艺植物组织培养课程建设和教学改革探索

园艺植物组织培养是一门理论和实践相结合的园艺专业特色课程。随着国家大力推进新农科建设,以及提高高校课程教学质量的迫切需求,课程建设和教学改革已经成为教育改革的核心。该文在新农科背景下分析园艺植物组织培养课程在教学中出现的问题,从课程内容设置、教学模式、课程思政及考核方式等环节存在的问题进行分析,并探讨相关的改革措施,旨在希望通过园艺植物组织培养课程相关的教学探索,提升学生专业技能,培养新农科人才,为深化园艺教育改革提供借鉴,为国家培养复合型人才提供帮助。

Horticultural Plant Tissue Culture is a horticultural speciality course combining theory and practice.With the national efforts to promote the construction of new agricultural science and the urgent need to improve the quality of teaching in colleges and universities,curriculum construction and teaching reform has become the core of educational reform.This paper analyses the problems in the teaching of Horticultural Plant Tissue Culture course in the context of new agricultural science,analyses the problems in the course content setting,teaching mode,course ideology and assessment methods,and discusses the relevant reform measures,aiming to hope that through the exploration of the teaching of the Horticultural Plant Tissue Culture course,the students'professional skills can be improved,and the students can be cultivated to be new agricultural science,so as to improve the quality of teaching.The aim is to improve students'professional skills,cultivate"new agricultural"talents,provide reference for deepening the reform of horticultural education,and help the country cultivate compound talents.
