摘要
为了解不同插穗长度对杉木扦插容器苗生长的影响,2022年开展了3种不同插穗长度培育杉木扦插容器苗试验。结果表明:3种不同插穗长度培育杉木扦插容器苗生长量、生物量、QI值之间差异不显著(P>0.05);苗高为10~30 cm,差异不显著(P>0.05),地径区间2~6 mm,差异不显著(P>0.05)。且相关性分析表明:苗木的高生长与苗木茎叶干重呈正相关,苗木的地径生长与苗木茎叶干重、根部干重和总干重呈正相关。
To analyze the effect of different cutting lengths on the growth of container seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata cuttings,in 2022,three experiments were conducted to cultivate container seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata cuttings with different cutting lengths.The results indicate that:there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the growth,biomass,and QI values of container seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata cuttings cultivated with three different lengths of cuttings;The height range of seedlings is mainly distributed between 10 and 30cm,and the difference is not significant(P>0.05).The diameter range is mainly distributed between 2 and 6mm,and the difference is not significant(P>0.05);Through correlation analysis,there is a positive correlation between the high growth of seedlings and the dry weight of their stems and leaves.The ground diameter growth of seedlings is positively correlated with the stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight,and total dry weight of seedlings.
