摘要
选取山丹县十里铺林场育苗场樟子松容器苗作为观察对象,设置3种容器规格,分别为6.0 cm×10.0 cm、10.0 cm×10.0 cm、12.0 cm×15.0 cm,对比不同容器规格樟子松幼苗生长状况以及生理特性指标的变化。结果表明:①幼苗生长状况:在樟子松幼苗新梢直径生长量、苗高、侧根数量、主根长度、单株鲜重、单株干重比较上,12.0 cm×12.0 cm容器>10.0 cm×10.0 cm容器>6.0 cm×10.0 cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组地径、折干率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。②生理特性指标:在根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量比较上,6.0 cm×10.0 cm容器和10.0 cm×10.0 cm容器比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但12.0 cm×15.0 cm容器上述指标均显著高于其余2个容器规格(P<0.05)。从中可见:随着樟子松育苗容器规格的增大,幼苗植株生长量呈增长趋势,且12.0 cm×15.0 cm容器对幼苗生理特性指标的调节作用最强。
To explore the effects of different container specifications on the growth and physiological characteristics of Pinus sylvestris seedlings.The container seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica in Shilipu Forest Farm,Shandan County were selected as the observation objects.Three container specifications were set,which were 6.0cm×10.0cm,10.0cm×10.0cm,12.0cm×15.0cm.The growth status and physiological characteristics of Pinus sylvestris seedlings in different container sizes were compared.Results:①Seedling growth status:Compared to the new diameter growth,seedling height,ground diameter,lateral root length,and main root length of Pinus sylvestris seedlings,it is 12.0cm×12.0cm container>10.0cm×10.0cm container>6.0cm×10.0cm;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②Physiological characteristic index:in comparison of root activity,leaf chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and Malondialdehyde content,there was no significant difference in the comparison of 10.0cm×10.0cm containers and 6.0 cm×10.0cm container(P>0.05),but the above indexes of 12.0cm×15.0cm container were significantly higher than those of the other two containers(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of container size for Pinus sylvestris seedlings,the growth of seedlings and plants shows an increasing trend.12.0cm×15.0cm container had the strongest regulating effect on seedling physiological characteristics.
