不同基质对福建柏扦插容器苗生长及根系的影响

摘要 为研究不同基质对福建柏扦插容器苗生长的影响,以3种基质培育的福建柏扦插容器苗为研究对象,分析了不同基质容器苗生长差异。结果表明:70%的黄心土+10%的河沙+20%的珍珠岩基质配比的处理苗高和地径生长效果最好,其苗高、地径均值分别为17.7 cm、2.0 mm;其次为70%的黄心土+30%的河沙基质配比,其苗高、地径均值分别为15.6 cm、1.8 mm;再次为70%的黄心土+30%的珍珠岩基质配比,其苗高、地径均值分别为14.4 cm、1.7 mm;70%的黄心土+10%的河沙+20%的珍珠岩基质配比的处理生根率、生根数和主根长生长效果最好,其生根率、生根数和主根长均值分别为53.3%、12条和8.3 cm;其次为70%的黄心土+30%的河沙基质配比,其生根率、生根数和主根长均值分别为43.9%、11条和6.6 cm;再次为70%的黄心土+30%的珍珠岩基质配比,其生根率、生根数和主根长均值分别为40.8%、10条和6.0 cm;通过相关性分析苗木的生长量与苗木生根率、生根数和主根长均呈极显著正相关。 To study the effects of different substrates on the growth of Fokienia hodginsii cutting container seedlings,this paper focuses on the container seedlings of Fokienia hodginsii cuttings cultivated on three substrates,and analyzes the differences in growth rate,root system,and other aspects of container seedlings with different substrates.The results indicate that:70%yellow soil+10%river sand+20%Perlite matrix has the best effect on seedling height and ground diameter growth.The average seedling height and ground diameter are 17.7 cm and 2.0mm,respectively;Next is the ratio of 70%yellow soil to 30%river sand matrix.The average seedling height and ground diameter are 15.6cm and 1.8mm,respectively;Next is 70%yellow core soil+30%Perlite matrix ratio.The average seedling height and ground diameter were 14.4cm and 1.7mm,respectively;70%yellow soil+10%river sand+20%Perlite matrix has the best effect on rooting rate,rooting number and main root length.The average rooting rate,rooting number,and main root length were 53.3%,12,and 8.3 cm,respectively;The second is the ratio of 70%yellow soil to 30%river sand substrate,with the average rooting rate,number of roots,and main root length of 43.9%,11,and 6.6 cm,respectively;The ratio of 70%yellow core soil and 30%Perlite matrix was again,and the average rooting rate,rooting number and main root length were 40.8%,10 and 6.0 cm,respectively;Through correlation analysis,there is a highly significant positive correlation between the growth of seedlings and their rooting rate,number of roots,and main root length.
