基于SWOT分析的腾冲市苗木产业高质量发展对策研究

Study on Countermeasures of High-quality Development of Seedling Industry in Tengchong City Based on SWOT Analysis

以腾冲市苗木产业为研究对象,采用SWOT分析方法,分析了腾冲市苗木产业发展情况。在此基础上提出了腾冲市苗木产业高质量发展的主要对策:政府加强扶持和引导;科学编制苗木产业发展规划;加强苗木产业基础设施建设;加强人才队伍建设;拓宽投融资渠道;优化国土空间规划,保障苗圃用地;利用本地种质资源,培育自主知识产权的特色品种;拓展产业链,走产业融合发展的道路;调整品种结构,走特色化道路;建立产业联盟,提升整体竞争能力;强化品牌意识,打造腾冲苗木品牌。

Taking the seedling industry of Tengchong City as the research object,SWOT analysis method was adopted to analyze the development of the seedling industry in Tengchong City.On this base,the main countermeasures for the high-quality development of seedling industry in Tengchong City were proposed;the government should strengthen support and guidance;development plans of seedling industry should be compiled scientifically;infrastructure construction of seedling industry should be enhanced;the talented person troop construction should be strengthened;channels for investment and finance should be expanded;territorial space planning should be optimized to protect nursery land;local germplasm resources should be utilized to cultivate characteristic varieties with independent intellectual property;the industry chain should be expanded and the development road of industrial integration should be taken;the structure of the variety should be adjusted and the road of specialism should be taken;industrial alliance should be established and overall competitiveness should be enhanced;the brand awareness should be strengthened and seedling brand belonging to Tengchong City should be built.
