摘要
游客感受与评价是景区发展的重要依据。以西安浐灞湿地公园为研究对象,通过携程网、马蜂窝和美团网获取游客评论文本有效数据3365条。利用ROST-CM软件进行了高频词汇、语义网络分析和情感分析。结果表明:游客对西安浐灞湿地公园的整体满意度较高。“环境好”“适合休闲娱乐”等是游客的积极情绪体现,消极情绪主要体现在“服务质量不好”“配套设施老旧不全”“景区收费不合理”三方面。基于结果提出了以下具体建议:①丰富景区旅游场景,开展各类活动,提升游客互动体验;②完善景区导览服务与标志体系,满足不同游客需求,提高游览便捷度;③加强景区管理,整顿景区收费现象,增强景区人员服务意识,提高公园旅游形象。
Visitors'perceptions and evaluations are an important basis for the development of scenic spots.This paper takes Xi'an Chanba Wetland Park as the research object,and 3365 valid data of visitor review texts were obtained through Ctrip.com,Ma Hive and Meituan.com.High-frequency vocabulary,semantic network meaning analysis and sentiment analysis were conducted using ROST-CM software,and the results showed that the overall satisfaction of tourists with Xi'an Chanba Wetland Park was high.The positive emotions of visitors were"good environment"and"suitable for recreation",while the negative emotions were mainly reflected in"poor service quality","old and incomplete supporting facilities",and"unreasonable fees for scenic spots".Based on the results,the following specific suggestions were made:①the scenic tourist scenes should be enriched and various activities should be carried out to enhance the interactive experience of tourists;②the scenic guide service and signage system should be improved to meet the needs of different tourists and the convenience of visiting should be improved;③the management of scenic areas should be strengthened;the phenomenon of scenic fees should be rectified;the service consciousness of scenic area personnel should be enhanced and the tourism image of the park should be improved.The above-mentioned suggestions are combined to optimize the construction and management of scenic areas in Xi'an Chanba Wetland Park.
